Max Customer Care is available to assist you with order processing, order status, and any other questions you may have. The U.S. and Canada Customer Support is available from Monday through Friday 7am – 5pm MST and Saturday 9am – 2pm MST (last Saturday of month only). If you’re interested in contacting any of our international Customer Care offices, please visit your Virtual Office and click on the region selection on the top of the screen and select the appropriate country.
You have the option to order from the Virtual Office if you are an Associate or Preferred Customer, or you can order over the phone by calling Customer Care at (801) 316-6380. Standard shipping & handling is $9.95 per order, but may vary depending on the size of the order. Delivery time frames are normally 2-5 business days depending on the destination.
Max offers, through its Associates, a 100% 30 day money-back guarantee to all retail customers. Every Associate is bound to honor the retail customer guarantee. If, for any reason, a retail customer is dissatisfied with any Max product, the retail customer may return the unused portion of the product to the Associate from whom it was purchased, within 30 days, for a replacement, exchange or a full refund of the purchase price (including shipping costs).
Enrolling as a Max Associate or Preferred Customer has a few options available. You can enroll by yourself in one of two ways, click on either the “Shop” or “Join” tab at the top of www.mymaxoffice.com and follow the process that comes through those links. You can also reach out to the person who told you about Max International and they can help you enroll. Lastly, you can reach out to our Customer Care team for assistance with enrollment.
All Max Associates are required to pay a one time Business Activation fee of $25.00 USD. You are also required to pay an annual fee of $25.00 USD to help maintain the functionality of your Virtual Office. This fee helps you keep access to all the tools that will help you run your business, order your products, and much more!
