Refunds & Returns Policy
Overview
Max offers a 30-day money-back guarantee to all retail customers for any product(s) purchased from Max. Retail customers may return the unused portion of the product within 30 days of shipment for a replacement, exchange, or a full refund of the purchase price (including shipping costs).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 68 S Main St. 9th Floor, Salt Lake City, UT, 84101.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns processing times vary across all Max markets
Max is not responsible for any of the shipping costs, losses, or damages that may occur for return orders. We suggest that you include insurance and a tracking number for your return shipment.
Subscription Program Terms & Conditions
- Program Overview
The Max International Subscription Program (“Subscription Program”) is an automatic product delivery service that allows customers to receive selected Max International/LiveMax products on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing in this program, you authorize Max International to automatically bill your payment method on file and ship your chosen products to the shipping address on file according to your selected schedule.
- Eligibility
To participate in the Subscription Program, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if you are between 13 and 18 years old, where allowed by law. The Subscription Program is not available to individuals under the age of 13.
- Billing & Shipping
Subscriptions will be billed and shipped based on your selected date each month. Billing occurs on the date chosen during setup and charges the payment method on file. You are responsible for keeping your billing and shipping information current.
- Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your Subscription settings—including pausing, product changes, billing updates, or cancellation—by logging in under “My Account” at livemax.com.

- Failed Payments
If your payment method is declined, you will be notified via email. If a valid payment method is not provided within seven (7) days of notification, your Subscription may be suspended or cancelled at Max International’s discretion.
- Product Availability
If a product you have ordered as part of your Subscription is out of stock, you may be notified and offered a substitution or the option to place the item on backorder. Max International reserves the right to change product availability at any time.
- Pricing and Promotions
Subscriptions may include exclusive discounts. All prices are subject to change. You will be notified in advance of any price increases. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your Subscription of the related product before the new price takes effect.
- Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Subscription at any time.
- Return/Refund Policy
Returns and refunds for Subscription orders are subject to Max International’s standard Return/Refund Policy. For details, please refer to the Return Policy or contact Customer Service. Products must be returned in accordance with the instructions provided to be eligible for a refund.
- Electronic Communications
By enrolling in the Subscription Program, you consent to receive communications from Max International electronically, including emails, account notifications, and updates regarding your Subscription. These communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You are responsible for maintaining a valid email address in your account profile.
- Privacy Policy
Your participation in the Subscription Program is subject to Max International’s Privacy Policy, which describes how your personal information is collected, used, and protected. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
- Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Subscription Program or these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, rather than in a court of law, except as otherwise required by applicable law. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association and will be held in the jurisdiction in which Max International maintains its headquarters. To the extent permitted under the relevant arbitration rules, the parties and their counsel will be permitted to participate via telephone or other means of remote communication. Any arbitration conducted pursuant to this Section 12 will be subject to the waivers contained in Section 13 below. If you wish to opt out of this arbitration agreement, you must notify Max International in writing within 30 days of enrolling in the Subscription Program.
- WAIVER OF RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
IN CONNECTION WITH ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM AND/OR THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS (A “DISPUTE”), YOU AND MAX INTERNATIONAL EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY, WHETHER IN A COURT OF LAW OR IN ARBITRATION.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU HEREBY FURTHER WAIVE, WITH RESPECT TO ANY DISPUTE: (I) THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, WHETHER IN COURT OR IN ARBITRATION, EITHER AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS MEMBER; AND (II) THE RIGHT TO JOIN OR CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS WITH CLAIMS OF ANY OTHER PERSON.
- Limitation of Liability
In connection with any Dispute, Max International is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, including damages for lost profits or revenues, arising from your participation in the Subscription Program, including but not limited to delays, product unavailability, or changes in pricing. By participating in the Subscription Program, you hereby agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Max International’s liability arising in connection with the Subscription Program and/or these Terms & Conditions shall be limited to and shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Max International under the Subscription Program in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the first Dispute for which damages or other compensation or reimbursements are sought.
- Modifications to Terms
Max International reserves the right to modify these Subscription Program Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance and will become effective on the date specified in the notice. Continued participation in the Subscription Program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
- Explicit Consent
By enrolling in the Max International Subscription Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any other applicable policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms, do not enroll in or use the Subscription Program.
